Fascia Alive.

A dynamic whole-body movement class exploring spirals, flowing sequences, strength, mobility, and elasticity.

Group · All Levels · 50 min

Fascia Alive is a dynamic whole-body movement class inspired by the Anatomy Trains® framework developed by Thomas Myers and the fascia-focused movement approach of Karin Gurtner.

The practice invites you to explore the body as an interconnected whole. Through flowing three-dimensional sequences, spirals, stretches, strengthening, and balance, we explore these connections in motion.

Strength.
Softness.
Elasticity.

The practice moves between strength and softness, stability and mobility, grounding and expansion—introducing new movement possibilities and encouraging the body to respond and adapt as a whole.

Special attention is given to elasticity and the body’s natural spring-like qualities. Reaching, rotating, shifting weight, loading, and releasing offer different ways to explore mobility, functional strength, coordination, and freedom of movement.

Each class offers a different movement journey, inviting you to discover a greater sense of connection from head to toe.
