Feldenkrais®
Functional Integration® (FI®)

“When you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.”

— Moshe Feldenkrais

Private·All Ages & Abilities·50 min

Functional Integration® (FI®) is a personalized, hands-on lesson based on the Feldenkrais Method®, designed to help you discover new possibilities for movement, comfort, and self-awareness.

Each session is tailored to your unique history, goals, and movement patterns. Through gentle, precise touch and guided movement, your practitioner invites your nervous system to discover new possibilities for organization and ease. Rather than correcting movement, FI® expands your options, allowing more efficient, coordinated, and effortless movement to emerge naturally.

Many of our movement habits are shaped by past experiences, injury, stress, and the ways we adapt throughout life. As new possibilities become available, the body often lets go of unnecessary effort, allowing movement to feel lighter, calmer, and more natural. This process often brings a renewed sense of confidence, resilience, and trust in your own abilities.

Lessons are performed fully clothed on a low padded table or, when appropriate, sitting or standing. Every session is a collaborative process of exploration, respecting your comfort, pace, and individual needs. Functional Integration® is not something that is done to you—it is a process of learning with you.

Regular sessions support healthier movement, greater body awareness, improved balance and mobility, and a deeper sense of ease that extends into everyday life.

Suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

Mat Pilates

“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

— Joseph Pilates

Group·All Levels·50 min

Mat Pilates is a classical Pilates class focused on building strength, improving posture, and creating optimal body alignment.

The method is based on the spine as the body’s central axis. Proper joint alignment, core stability, and spinal mobility allow all muscles to work together efficiently, reducing unnecessary tension and improving the quality of every movement.

Special attention is given to breath—one of the fundamental principles of Pilates. Conscious breathing activates the deep core muscles, enhances concentration, supports movement control, and increases the effectiveness of every exercise.

Regular practice improves strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while promoting better posture and more efficient movement in everyday life.

Suitable for all levels.

Reformer with Tower

“Thinking and breathing and stretching should not be done separately but should all blend smoothly together into one unified action.”

— Joseph Pilates

Group·All Levels·50 min

The Reformer with Tower creates a unique movement environment where the spring system provides continuous feedback, allowing the body to move with greater efficiency, precision, and ease.

Built on the principles of the Pilates Method, this class emphasizes joint mobility, spinal articulation, and the activation of the deep postural muscles that support healthy alignment and efficient movement. Throughout the Pilates repertoire, you learn to organize movement through the entire kinetic chain—from the feet and legs through the pelvis and spine, through the shoulder blades and into the arms—creating more efficient, coordinated, and effortless movement throughout the whole body.

Movement in all three planes—flexion and extension, side bending, and rotation—develops strength, mobility, coordination, and adaptability while preparing the body for the varied demands of everyday life.

The springs do more than provide resistance—they provide immediate feedback, helping refine movement quality, reveal unnecessary tension, and encourage balanced muscular engagement. Depending on the exercise, the equipment can either assist or challenge the body, making the practice appropriate for every level while allowing continuous progression.

Each class is thoughtfully designed with a different movement focus using the Reformer, the Tower, or a combination of both. The evolving repertoire keeps every session purposeful, engaging, and unique.

Suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga

“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”

— Bhagavad Gita

Group·All Levels·50 min

Yoga is a practice that brings body, breath, and mind into harmony through intentional movement and conscious awareness.

Each class combines physical postures (asanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), and moments of stillness to develop strength, mobility, flexibility, and a steady, focused mind.

Regular practice encourages physical ease, emotional balance, and mental clarity, helping you move through daily life with greater presence, resilience, and vitality.

Suitable for all levels.

Awareness Through
Movement® (ATM®)

“The aim is a person that is organized to move with minimum effort and maximum efficiency, not through muscular strength, but through increased consciousness of how movement works.”

— Moshe Feldenkrais

Group·All Ages & Levels·50 min

Awareness Through Movement® (ATM®) is a group class based on the Feldenkrais Method®, an educational approach that uses gentle movement and guided awareness to improve the way you move, feel, and function.

Through carefully designed movement sequences, the nervous system is given the opportunity to create new neural connections—a process known as neuroplasticity. Each lesson invites you to discover new movement possibilities, expanding your options beyond familiar habits and allowing more efficient, coordinated, and effortless movement to emerge.

Lessons are practiced lying, sitting, standing, or walking, using slow, comfortable movements guided entirely by verbal instruction. There is no demonstration to copy and no “correct” way to perform the lesson—only an invitation to explore and learn through your own experience.

As awareness increases, unnecessary muscular effort decreases, coordination improves, and movement becomes lighter, more efficient, and more comfortable.

Regular practice supports mobility, balance, flexibility, and lifelong learning, helping you move with greater ease, confidence, curiosity, and freedom in everyday life.

Suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
