The Reformer with Tower creates a movement environment where the spring system provides continuous feedback while the body works through the Pilates repertoire.

The class emphasizes joint mobility, spinal articulation, deep postural support, and coordinated movement through the whole body.

Depending on the movement, the springs can assist or challenge the body, allowing the practice to work across different levels of experience.

Reformer, Tower—or both.

Each class is designed with a different movement focus and may use the Reformer, the Tower, or a combination of both.

The equipment offers changing relationships of support and resistance, helping you refine movement quality, notice unnecessary effort, and organize movement with greater precision.

The evolving repertoire keeps the class varied while maintaining the principles of the Pilates Method.

What the class explores.

Movement is explored through flexion and extension, side bending, and rotation, with attention to strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and adaptability.

The practice connects movement through the full kinetic chain—from the feet and legs through the pelvis and spine, shoulder blades, and arms—rather than treating individual body parts in isolation.

The class is suitable for all fitness levels.
